It’s
been a long time since we have had news from the famous band Black
Strobe. You probably remember one of their tunes with this raw women’s
voice (aka Jennifer Cardini, DJ in Rex Club, Paris)? No you don’t?? Ok,
well that’s actually not a problem as
you can catch it here. After this update, stay with us (you have all
the day to eat all your Easter eggs!), and discover the new EP from the
band, released a few days ago: The Girl from the Bayou, includes the
original track as well as many other remixes!
With
all this excitement around the helmeted French duo Daft Punk,
imitations are raining on the internet, and denials follow. Yet in all
this bric-a-brac, urTunes dug you a little gem in the genre. Many tracks
have been confounded with the French band
and some comparisons deserve to be known, but we chose to retain only
one which barely comes out. But who is Rex Ronan?? It is still unclear,
but the EP has just been released (March 26) and named Beyond. If you
liked the style of Voyager, you will be served! Enough to make us wait until May ...
"Good vibes", a perfect sum up one fan commented on the tune posted on soundcloud. Indeed, Plastic Plates bring us a fresh remixes of the great title of French DJ Para One, Every Little Thing. This is the perfect moment for a artist check. For those who don’t know them, don’t worry, urTunes is here. Plastic Plates is just one of the favorite of Kitsune, Parisian label of electronic music, and maybe one of the best thing to do is to start here.
Para One, we don’t think we should introduce him as a genius producer yet, but in the future you never know. This French DJ who launched Marble with other Frenchie Surkin, is above all, one of the most popular artist of his generation. His last production of Passion in 2012 is the best example of his talent right now and we encourage all of you, if you have the chance and the opportunity to see him live. But first, let’s back in 2006, because Para One, is also this.
After
8 years of silence, Daft Punk, one of the best French artists in the

minutes with a total of 13 tracks. A picture of the next production is
already available and, like you, we are waiting with excitement for the
deadline..

many french guys there..) bring us a slow version of this tune, available on
the eponymous EP with all remixes released.
Elliot
Uppercut (Mr Gonzo remix) – Probably one of the best remixes made in 2013. No,

hesitate to check his soundcloud profile !!) and Jupiter of course..
On
a terrace of a villa bordering a beach of St. Barts, you sip lemonade
lying in a handmade hammock, and wait quietly until the summer holiday
ends, all in a heat of around 40 degrees Celsius. Now you’re probabally wondering if you are on the right site, if it’s not that we sponsor trips for vacationers good fortune. You are well on urTunes!!
In
fact, we fell in the new remix from Shook, track Ghost Beach, Been
There Before. Staring the song, you realize very quickly that the summer
has already put his suitcase in your living room… too bad! Turn up the
volume and get the shorts out. You wait a bit for sandcastles. If Shook had used a good rhythm on synthesizer, this time he brings us the best of this March, we stuck with it…
This
is the dream opportunity to spend an hour near your speakers and sample
the integral of this talented electronic music producer. Come on, we
are doing it!

UrTunes is pleased to present the latest remix of Yuksek: C2C - Genius
Yuksek presents his new remix of the band from Nantes addicted to
scratch, C2C. Yuksek is above all Tonight and Extraball. After having
produced his latest album Living On The Edge Of The Times, he went back
to the turntables for 4 minutes resulting piano, all in the language of
Shakespeare.
Cataloged in seasoned and talented remixers with
Aeroplane or Gigamesh, Pierre Alexandre Buisson real name, shows us once
again the full extent of his talent. To complement her pretty charts
(41 remixes anyway!), He chose a title of Nantes unrestrained on their
last album Tetra.
Alan Braxe presents his new EP Moments In Time, in collaboration with The Spimes after several collaborative remixing but no production of the French. A piece that marks the official return of the house proper well filtered to 90 's with four tracks including One More Chance and Time Machine, but also several remixes of artists such as renowned Gigamesh, DJ Falcon or Mr Gonzo.
When Alan Braxe, with his sidekick Fred Falke, release Intro tube in 2000, they recorded two of them has their name in the house. House in the French made. With helmet duo Daft Punk and DJ Falcon they are the fathers of this movement emerged in the year 90. Since then, Alan Braxe has released many tracks that made us all vibrate in club. Nobody has forgotten the kid who makes his cardboard airplane with background sound Music Sound Better With You. They were at the base came to help Braxe on a concert, Thomas Bangalter, Benjamin Diamond and Alan find the sample on a crazy Chaka Khan music during the rehearsals. Since this production, Alan Braxe has released many tubes on Vulture Music grouped in one album “The Upper Cuts” (Xavier de Rosnay and SoMe designed it) including Rubicon or Palladium.
If for the moment, the album of the two punk raises the pressure at Sony, Alan Braxe and The Spimes make us to wait with this maxi realize at Scion AV Records.
When you are tired of the saturation of the music business, some cool vintage in these times of crisis, it is a ray of sunshine in the middle of a fog. When Flight Facilities decided to take a classic Paul Simon, obviously we know what to expect.
The song was released in 86 was already a hit we seek at all costs to keep in vinyl collection, stored in the library with the words "not for sale". This time the proposed edition reveals a more lively but does not betray the American singer.
And once something new is not a sword in the water, we take it!
A picture posted on facebook, and it’s the whole world that is waiting like a dog for its food. The two helmets are joined to make just one, as they tell us that Daft Punk is just one and only one person. With a black background, and the Columbia logo, this is a way to tell us Daft Punk has taken a new route.
Homework, Discovery, Human After All and Tron : Legacy- all produced on the Virgin Label. Now, with Columbia, that the French band from Versailles will sort out their (so long waited) new album.
The last album which was made for the Walt Disney movie; Tron : Legacy, was notunanimous amongfans, and the vibes from Homework and Discovery are still missing.
Something tells us that easter will be exciting… More To Follow
